Amy Martinez has over 20 years of workforce training experience and is the CEO of the South Central Workforce Council (SCWDC). She directs all program operations, local area planning, leads business development efforts, and oversight of a $10 million annual budget. Throughout her tenure, Ms. Martinez has provided primary support to the SCWDC and the local elected officials regarding workforce, education, and training issues in the four-county region of Kittitas, Klickitat, Skamania, and Yakima counties.
