Megan Fiess is the Sr. VP for Workforce and Strategic Initiatives at the Thurston County Chamber of Commerce. Using her strengths in strategy, connectivity, and futures, she focuses on the Chamber’s mission to build community prosperity by connecting people, ideas, and resources. She has developed and supported multiple nationally and internationally recognized strategic initiatives, including apprenticeship and military transition programs. Megan enjoys traveling with her husband and two dogs, she currently resides in Olympia, Washington.
