Andrea Hixson is the Program and Operations Associate Director for the Spokane Workforce Council. She is responsible for managing contract compliance and program performance for grants from multiple funders, including the EcSA and BFET programs. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Whitworth Univeristy, and has 14 years of experience in governmental and non-profit fields, including 8 years experience in workforce development.
