Presentation Purpose & Goal: The Statewide WorkSource Brand & Media (BAM) Group (13 members in total) would like to host a panel discussion about the WorkSource brand standards and the process that allows the American Job Center (AJC) staff to develop and publish local marketing materials (e.g. approval of content and design with each area's marketing designee).

Audiences will be interested in our session because many AJC front-line staff want the autonomy to develop in-house marketing materials and frequently submit their hard work and effort with many brand errors. Our panel will lead a discussion that will educate statewide staff on who the BAM Group is, what to focus on when developing their materials (print, web, digital, social media) and the approval process required before their materials can be published publicly.

Learning Objectives:

Learn the role each BAM Group member plays in managing the WorkSource brand locally
Understand how requests for marketing materials developed in-house can be approved much quicker by the local BAM marketing designees if designed to the meet the WorkSource brand standards
Hear best practices about how to develop designs at a rapid pace from the professionals that frequently publish WorkSource content
