Presentation Purpose & Goal: During the pandemic, we experienced high levels of stress and trauma. Many of us were caught in survival mode and lost sight or had a hard time articulating personal passion behind our work. This highly interactive session is tailored to adult learners, will create space for you to examine your own personal “why” and connect that to the mission and vision of the workforce system at large. Re-ignite your passion for the world of workforce development!
Learning Objectives:
Participants will utilize multiple interactive learning modalities for personal reflection and creation of their why statement
Participants will have opportunity to connect with colleagues, practice vulnerability in a safe space, and enjoy time focused on their own individual learning
Participants will learn the goals and vision of the federal workforce system and explore how they/their local area live out that vision. They will also be introduced to Simon Sinek's Golden Circle
