Presentation Purpose & Goal: In the era of the “Great Resignation” and a pandemic, individuals are burning out at significantly higher rates. Fostering a culture which practices self-care and employs trauma-informed solutions is now no longer an option, it is mandatory! In an engaging and dynamic session, you will learn how to identify and reduce secondary trauma reactions within workforce development professionals. We will then explore how to embed intentional self-care practices and strategies that are applicable to both teams and company culture alike, providing key take away tools for all during these unpresented times in workforce development.
