Presentation Purpose & Goal: This presentation will cover the basics of Customer Centered Design and how to use the concepts to create a business voice in your American Job Center (AJC). The goals for attendees to take away valuable information on how to create a space for employer/business voice and how to use the data collected to enhance the overall experience for job seekers who work with case managers/career coaches. The information presented will show the tools used in Spokane County to accomplish a more employer-focused mindset within the AJC.
