Presentation Purpose & Goal: Our agency has been on a deep, transformative Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) journey for the past two years. We have made a lot of changes in the way we do business and how we engage leaders and their teams. From creating new internal policies, to revamping our strategic plans, even discussing what successful performance looks like in an equitable culture - this is the work we must be doing if we want to be competitive in the workforce as well as successful in service delivery to the public.
