Presentation Purpose & Goal: Career pathways in in-demand industry sectors are vital to the sustainability of our economies. Policymakers, for profit, non-profit and community based organizations will learn how a rural region coalesced together during an unprecedented economic downturn to ensure that recovery funds were aligned and leveraged to increase access to career pathways through pre-apprenticeship. Our goal is to support our peers in understanding how to grow from what a community has and build from their existing knowledge base.
