Group Rate

Group Rate: $149 for single or double occupancy, plus tax. Why use the group rate? Any attendee who books a hotel room using the group rate will receive complimentary sleeping room internet and discounted parking rates. Rooms will be ready based on availability; an early check-in fee may apply for check-ins prior to 12:00pm. The group rate is available one day before and one day after the event dates based on availability if you want to extend your stay.

Hotel Reservations: Reservations must be made by October 27, 2022, to receive the Washington Workforce Conference group rate. Availability is not guaranteed so reserve your room early. All reservations made after October 27 will be at the hotel’s standard rate. The DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Seattle Airport cannot guarantee room locations at the time of reservation.

Parking
All attendees can park at the hotel for a discounted rate of $12.00 per vehicle per day. When you enter the hotel parking lot, pull a ticket and bring it inside the hotel with you.

Guests staying overnight at the hotel will have their parking costs added to their hotel bill. You will get a parking pass with in/out privileges when you check in at the hotel.

Local attendees will not have in/out privileges. You will need to validate your parking ticket at the Parking Ticket Pay Station (near the ballrooms) or at one of the other validation scanners throughout the hotel. When it is time to leave, you can pay for parking in one of two ways:

1) Pay for parking as you exit the hotel parking lot. This can create delays for yourself and others, so we recommend Option 2.

2) Pay for parking at the Parking Ticket Station (near the ballrooms) no earlier than 20 minutes before you are set to depart the hotel. This will prevent any issues with the tickets when you enter them in the gates as you depart.

Ground Transportation:
Ground transportation, including taxis, rental cars, public transit and shuttles, is available at the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. The DoubleTree provides a complimentary shuttle to and from the airport.

Rental Cars: 
All rental car companies operating at Sea-Tac Airport operate from a separate rental car facility with dedicated shuttle buses operating on a 24-hour-a-day schedule. There are two passenger pick-up areas located outside of baggage claim at the north and south ends of the main terminal.
