Larry Bache has represented policyholders for more than ten years. Mr. Bache has practiced all over country specializing in bad faith litigation. Mr. Bache has successfully tried cases to a jury trial in the states of Florida, Colorado, Texas, and Nebraska. Mr. Bache has also handled multiple arbitrations under the New York form in many surplus-lines policies.

Mr. Bache has handled and argued appeals in front of both state and Federal Appellate Courts in multiple jurisdictions.

Mr. Bache currently acts as the managing attorney for Merlin Law Group's Colorado and Oklahoma offices.
