Michael Biller, PE, RRC is a licensed professional engineer in multiple states and a roof consultant registered with the International Institute of Building Enclosure Consultants (IIBEC). Mr. Biller specializes in forensic evaluations and restoration of existing buildings/structures. He graduated with his BSCE from the University of Florida in 1990 and his Master of Engineering from the University of Florida in 1991. He has been employed by Biller Reinhart Engineering Group for the past 20 years.
