Robin concentrates on structural engineering while specializing in existing structures, forensic assessments, and the codes and standards which govern our built environment. Her experience includes design, analysis, research, teaching and providing expert testimony. With over a decade of experience studying and evaluating the performance of existing buildings throughout Florida, she has inspected hundreds of structures for damage or defects.

Robin holds both a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in civil/structural engineering, and is a registered Professional Engineer licensed in the State of Florida. She serves as Chairman of ASTM Subcommittee E58.06 on Forensic Structural Engineering and past Chairman of the Education Committee for the National Academy of Forensic Engineers. She is also certified as a Structures Specialist (StS) by FEMA and the US Army Corps of Engineers and serves as an active member of Florida’s Urban Search and Rescue (US&R) team Task Force 3.
