Born and raised in the small town of Ellenville, NY, the Miami area has been home since 1989.  I was educated at the University of Rochester and the University of Miami School of Law (class of 1992).  My wife Karen and I have been married for 23 years and have two sons (20 and 17).  I have proudly practiced along side Markel Arrizabalaga as K&A Mediation for more than 17 years.  First party claims, particularly wind claims, dominate my time.  I routinely mediate three first party cases per day and likely mediate more than 400 such claims per year.  I love what I do and I respect those I work with.  It has been my honor to discuss mediation at each of the last four Windstorm conferences.
