What in the World? Navigating Strange and Unusual Claims with Professionalism (Tu6)

Don’t rest on your laurels. Learn about interesting, rare and unique property damage claims. This course will highlight how important understanding the facts of the loss can be when the cause of the loss is something out of the ordinary. To stay relevant, this course will cover the strange wind cases that have taken down cranes, flying air plane debris, 9/11 losses, and claims where the wind and storm caused vehicle impacts. In addition, we will look at coverage for other interesting losses, including losses that result from a death and bodily fluids. Ever wondered about coverage for the relocation of a wedding or an animal stampede? This course will look at policy forms to show where the coverage was found or how and why it was excluded.
