We will be presenting issues invovled in storm adjusing including policy inception and coverages, engineering issues involved with the investigation of the claim, practical issues independent and company adjuster run into when adjusting claims and how claims should be submitted. We will also be updating the attendees on changes to case law and statutes involving storm claims including the new update to the attorney's fee statute.
