This course is designed to provide real world examples and tools to all insurance claim professionals in identifying and reporting cases of unlicensed claims activity by any party or position, and as a matter of fraud prevention and good public policy. We will be providing reference to Florida statutes and regulatory authorities, however, most states have similar reference points for those of you from out of town. We will also provide you a checklist of items to help investigate and report insurance fraud.
