Dear Colleagues and Friends:

As the President of the Endourological Society, it gives me great pleasure to invite
you to the 39th World Congress of Endourology & Uro-Technology 2022.

Endourology has evolved significantly over the last 30 years; and the Society is
honoured to have the Society of Urologic Robotic Surgeons, the Focal Therapy Society, and the Engineering and Urology Society as part of the Endourology Society portfolio, thus covering all facets of our subspecialty. The WCET Congress has, therefore, become the world's foremost meeting dedicated to minimally invasive urologic surgery.

After two difficult years, we are so looking forward to meeting again in the city of San Diego.  I am extremely grateful to Roger L. Sur, MD, President of WCET2022, Jaime Landman, MD, Scientific Chair for WCET2022, and the Scientific Committee for their dedication and assistance in moving the congress from Seoul to San Diego due to the pandemic, at such short notice.  Our team is committed to making this meeting a highlight of the 2022 scientific calendar with more details to come regarding WCET 2022 over the next few weeks– this is a meeting that I promise; not to be missed!!!
