Speaker Central- Moderated Poster Sessions

Thank you for your participation as a moderated poster speaker at WCET 2022.

A moderated poster session is designed to permit the author to explain and illustrate his/her concepts, techniques, or research findings in a manner that will promote understanding more readily than a "rapid fire" podium address.

Authors must be present during the entire session, which will be moderated.

Please upload your presentation by September 12th to the Conference Harvester.

Poster Session Format

  • Each poster presenter is required to pre-submit 2 slides: 1 data (abstract) & 1 summary (research) to be shown during their presentation (see A/V requirements below)
  • Each presenter will have approximately 4 minutes to present and answer questions
  • The moderators will provide a 5-minute summary of the session at the conclusion of the session

A/V Requirements

It is recommended that the WCET 2022 Powerpoint Template be used. It can be found through the abstract speaker portal.

If you choose not to use this template, please:
