As fire service leaders, critical thinking is an essential tool to our decision-making, organizational progression, and career success.  This high-impact, high energy session is designed to challenge conference attendees to analyze what they’ve learned, evaluate these lessons and their applicability to their respective department while motivating attendees to take action with the goal of enhancing the safety and efficiency of the services they provide.
