We will also discuss the need for Chief Officers and FD Leaders to engage with elected leaders. We will discuss leadership traits that lead to successful meetings and positive outcomes. We will also discuss the importance for a solid relationship between the Chief Officers and their elected officials. This session will be interactive and will provide opportunities for open dialogue. 2022
