Paul C. Darley is Chairman, CEO & President of W.S. Darley & Co., a fourth-generation family business founded in 1908. Paul and an executive team have transformed this 112-year-old company into a world leader in the firefighting and defense industries. Under their leadership, sales have increased over 2000% to over $600 million in 2021.
Paul was raised in the fire service under the guidance of his father William J. Darley.
He is a Past President of the Fire Apparatus Manufacturers Association (FAMA) and served on the Board of Directors of Fire & Emergency Manufacturers & Services Association (FEMSA). He has visited fire services in over 80 countries. He currently serves on the Board of Directors several charitable and civic organizations including service on the IAFC Foundation Board.
He holds a BS Degree in Marketing and Finance from Marquette University and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a post graduate degree in Emotional Intelligence from the University of Illinois Chicago. He lives in Elmhurst, IL with his wife Heidi of 33 years.
