William F. Jenaway, PhD, CFPS, CFO, CTO has served as an elected official as Township Supervisor in Upper Merion Township, King of Prussia, PA since 2009. His community is the largest employment center in the four state area, outside of the city of Philadelphia and is arguably the fastest growing community in the state. In his elected official role, he is the liaison to planning commission, as well as the police, fire, EMS, and emergency managment functions. He has also served as a volunteer fire officer for over 50 years (serving as FIre Chief in both East Bethlehem Township, Washington County, PA; and King of Prussia, Montgomery County, PA) and was named IAFC Volunteer Fire Chief of the Year in 2001, the same year his department became accredited by CPSE. His public service experience is extensive including service as President of the Board of Directors of the Congressional Fire Services Institute, service on multiple NFPA Committees, as well as various local boards and commissions. Bill also served as the Chair of the Pennsylvania Senate Resolution 60 Commission to establish strategic initiatives to improve fire and EMS issues in Pennsylvania. Currently he manages the Firefighter's Assn of the State of Pennsylvania SAFER Grant program for Recruitment and Retention. He holds, AS, BS, MA, and PhD degrees; has authored seven texts, four children books and conducted over 300 presentations while authoring over 400 articles.
