Hotels

The Symposium in the Sun housing block will open in conjunction with registration. Contacting the hotels directly will not gaurantee the below conference room rates. Hotel reservations will be confirmed at the below rates until October 7, 2022 or until sold out, whichever occurs first. After October 7, hotel rates are at the discretion of the hotels.

Please Note:
You must register for the conference before securing a hotel reservation in the official block. This process has been in place for several years to prevent early 'hold' booking of hotel rooms by potential attendees, this causes the block to sell out and then the section has experienced a rash of last minute cancellations which has exposed them to potential hotel contractual penalties and also kept confirmed attendees from staying at the host hotel. The reservation link and call in code for the block will be provided at the end of the registration process and in the confirmation email. 

Headquarter Hotel

SOLD OUT - Hilton Clearwater Beach  400 Mandalay Avenue Room Rate: $215/night + tax + $10 per room per night resort fee A block of rooms has been secured at the Hilton Clearwater Beach and reservations must be made by October 7. Room rates will be guaranteed through October 7 or when the room block sells out, whichever occurs first. A one night room and tax, non-refundable deposit will be required for all reservations. Any reservations that are cancelled at the Hilton Clearwater Beach will be charged a one night cancellation fee equivalent to one night room and tax. To avoid this, attendees should only book the number of rooms they will need for the conference.
