Tiffany is proud to be a social worker whose career has spanned more than 15 years and allowed her to affect change at the micro, mezzo, and macro levels. Her experiences began as a community-based case manager and the lessons she learned there propelled her further into the field. Her time working in community correction programming has framed her viewpoint and understanding of disparities within our systems of care and the need for social justice action. Tiffany developed a connection to clients struggling with addictions and built her career on finding initiatives that could impact change at a community level. She currently serves as the Senior Substance Abuse and Recovery Specialist and Project Director of the BJA TTA Center for Peer Recovery Support Services at Altarum Institute. She is a Licensed Independent Social Worker-Supervisor and Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor-Clinical Supervisor and received her MA in Social Service Administration from the University of Chicago. Tiffany is passionate about working with the most vulnerable populations, focusing on developing partnerships and collaboration to improve behavioral health systems. Tiffany currently serves as the President for the Ohio Chapter of the National Association of Social Workers and has served as a member of the Board of Directors for the last 5 years.
