A Robust Use of Cadmium’s Ecosystem: Maximizing Technology to Optimize Workflow

What does it mean to be “all-in” with the Cadmium suite of products, and why does it benefit your organization?
The Association for Vascular Access (AVA), a long-time Cadmium and Event Rebels (now EdgeReg) customer, was forced to go virtual for their 2020 and 2021 Annual Meetings. The success of the virtual meeting led AVA to plan its 2022 meeting as a hybrid event.
During the past year, Cadmium purchased EdgeReg and also added their exhibitor Lead Retrieval product.
As a result of these new offerings, AVA now uses every available non-LMS Cadmium event technology product: Abstract Scorecard, Education Harvester, Expo Harvester, Poster Harvester, EventScribe Website and Mobile App, Survey Magnet, EdgeReg, and Lead Retrieval.
Now that AVA’s 2022 Annual Scientific Meeting will be a hybrid event (with in-person, virtual, and post-show on-demand options available to attendees), managing the workflow between all of the Cadmium products is more important than ever to ensure that AVA’s attendees have a seamless experience. This case study will demonstrate how SB Expos & Events was able to design a smooth workflow for AVA staff, speakers, exhibitors, and attendees. Join us to hear about best practices, lessons learned, and helpful tips if your association is “all-in” or looking to go “all-in” on Cadmium.
Learning Objectives:
Attendees will learn how the various Cadmium products integrate/communicate with each other and how to design your event technology workflow accordingly, and how the efficiencies of using one platform for the meeting’s technology needs improves the experience of staff and meeting participants.
Attendees will learn about the new EdgeReg – Expo Harvester Badge Allocation – Lead Retrieval tools and how they interact with each other.
Attendees will learn how the EdgeReg – EventScribe integration affects the attendee and staff experience over the life cycle of the event.
