Are you a “curator” or “builder”? Learn from presenters as they take you through their process of ensuring an effective Scorecard. First, figure out what questions you need to ask of your stakeholders before building and why you need them to ask them; second, understand connections between your Scorecard’s tools and your important submission fields; and third, ask for support. The presenters will help attendees harness the right tools while urging them to think through their Scorecard building processes differently: starting with the end goal first and how to get there second.
