Keynote/Plenary Sessions: Keynote/plenary sessions will include insights and future development plans by Cadmium and Industry thought leaders
Educational Sessions: Educational/info sessions will feature knowledge and skills participants can apply immediately to their work. Participants are given time to ask questions and discuss the content with the speakers and peers
Case Studies: Case studies are 30-minute presentations with real-life examples. These in-depth studies from a specific group or event will identify and analyze specific scenarios that occurred
Learning Labs: Learning labs (or bring your own device sessions) will allow participants to engage in hands on learning activities in the Cadmium platform. These are computer-based learning labs and participants will be asked to bring their own devices
Panel Discussions: Panel discussions will be facilitated discussions on a specific challenge or topic with 3-4 panelists who share different perspectives or insights. Questions for the panelists come from the session participants and moderator.
Rapid Fire Ideas Exchange: Rapid Fire Ideas Exchanges will feature 7-10 minute slide presentations by Cadmium clients who share innovative or creative ways they have utilized one or more Cadmium products.
Workshops: Workshops will be highly interactive and enable participants to work through, examine and discuss shared experiences, trends and/or challenges.
Cadmium has been approved by the Events Industry Council (EIC) as a Preferred Provider of the continuing education courses listed on the Spark CMP CE page, which qualify for CMP continuing education credit. Determination of continuing education credit eligibility or Preferred Provider status does not imply EIC’s endorsement or assessment of education quality.

Please be sure to leave any luggage at your hotel. Luggage cannot be stored at Nationals Park.
Luggage, including backpacks, may not be brought into Nationals Park. A clear bag will be provided by Cadmium upon entry. Please ensure all items you intend to bring to Cadmium Spark will fit inside of a laptop bag. Attendees with medical bags will be admitted with additional screening methods upon entry.
Parking is included in your registration fee. Attendees will be required to park in Garage C and enter through Center Field Gate. Attendees will not be able to leave their vehicles overnight in the parking garage.
In-Person: access to all sessions, continental breakfast and lunch on July 25th and 26th, Monday evening happy hour, and session archives post-event.
Virtual All-Access: access to all live sessions, with the exception of Learning Labs, and archives post-event content.
Virtual Free: access to a specific subset of sessions. These sessions can be found by looking for the "unlock" icon on the agenda page. There are a total of 4 sessions that are included in the Virtual Free registration option.

Access to the conference website and mobile app is now open. Registrants have been emailed login information for the website and app. Once logged in, attendees can now build their agenda.
Yes. In-Person and Virtual All-Access attendees access slides, handouts, and session recordings will be available on the conference website and mobile app. Virtual Free attendees will be able to access this content for their smaller subset of sessions.
All conference content will be housed on the Cadmium Spark website and mobile app for 30 days. After this time, Cadmium Spark content will be migrated and housed in Cadmium University for indefinite access.

Cadmium technology powers Cadmium Spark. The conference’s registration, live streaming, mobile app, website, and more will be Cadmium’s own product line.

Currently, there is no mask mandate in effect.
We will be offering a contactless check-in experience. Hand sanitization stations will be spaced at regular intervals throughout the venue, as well as custom signage detailing health and safety protocols.
While masks are not required, we will have a supply of masks onsite for those that choose to wear one.
Registration for Cadmium Spark is limited to current Cadmium clients, as well as event, hospitality, and continuing education professionals. Representatives of companies with products or services that are competitors of Cadmium are prohibited from attending. All registrations are subject to approval from Cadmium. Cadmium has sole discretion and reserves the right to deny or cancel any registration for any reason. Cancelled registrations will receive a refund for their event registration fee only.
In-Person: If you are no longer able to attend after you have registered, a full refund of your paid registration fee will be available if you cancel by Friday, July 8, 2022 at 11:59 PM ET. After this date, your registration fee is non-refundable.
The deadline to request a fully refund is Friday, July 8, 2022 at 11:59 PM ET. Your cancellation must be received by the stated cancellation deadlines and will be accepted in writing only to: spark@gocadmium.com
No shows for the event will not receive a refund or credit.
This cancellation policy is not applicable to sponsorship and exhibitor agreements. Please see your sponsorship or exhibitor agreement for Cadmium’s cancelation policy related to sponsors and exhibitors.
Travel Restrictions: If COVID-19 travel restrictions are imposed in the state or country from which you are traveling, preventing you from attending the event in-person, Cadmium will work with you to credit the registration value towards a future event or project, transfer your registration to a virtual attendance option, or refund the full amount.
Virtual All Access:
If you are no longer able to attend after you have registered, a full refund of your paid registration fee will be available if you cancel by Friday, July 8, 2022 at 11:59 PM ET. After this date, your Virtual Paid registration is non-refundable, as live content will be available to be viewed on-demand.
Virtual Free:
There are no refunds for the Virtual Free option, as it is free! If you would like to cancel your Virtual Free registration, please email spark@gocadmium.com.
