Kimberly Harding is Chair of the ADA Standards Committee on Dental Informatics Working Group 11.10 Administrative Efficiency in Clinical Informatics. She is the founder and president of Monarch Innovation Partners, Inc., a healthcare, and life science IT consulting firm. Ms. Harding’s consulting firm supports U.S. federal, commercial, non-profit, and academic organizations in the areas of implementation of health IT interoperability and EDI standards for U.S. based HIPAA compliant solutions. Ms. Harding has 30 years of experience with some of the leading health IT and life science organizations in the U.S. federal sector, including serving as IBM’s Lead Federal Health Principal Consultant for SAS Institute, across all U.S. federal health, Veteran, and military agencies. She has published articles associated with health IT frameworks in several peer reviewed journals. Ms. Harding completed her undergraduate degree (BS) in Nuclear Medicine Technology, at Rochester Institute of Technology.
