The need to prioritize your team's mental health and wellbeing has been consistently in the top three trends in almost every industry's 2022 prediction. Four days work weeks, paid spa days, and "doona" days are just a few initiatives that have been introduced in various industries. But are they working?
How do we close the gap between needing time off and actually taking it? In this session, we are not going to talk just about why but we will focus on the how. It is time to build a “rest ethic” that is as strong as your work one.
Learning Objectives:
Discuss the ‘why’ and ‘how’ for prioritizing your wellbeing
Explore ideas for incorporating rest and relaxation into your day-to-day
Commit to scheduling at least one restful activity a week
