Helping the dental team to better understand and communicate with Spanish-speaking patients is a requirement in today's environment. Miscommunication leads to medical errors, misunderstandings, and potential legal issues. This two-hour course is a more personal experience in working with Spanish-speaking patients with audience participation involved. An original quick reference guide and study aids will be provided.
