For dentists, it is typically not possible to witness a dental malpractice trial—to actually see how things take place in court between the defendant dentist and the participating attorneys. This is your chance to experience all that takes place in the courtroom. Experienced trial lawyers and a defendant dentist will simulate the proceedings, and you will be able to hear and see how this type of trial takes place. You will see how dentists are judged in front of a jury.
