Dr. Linda Rosa-Lugo is an Associate Professor and Associate Dean, College of Health Professions and Sciences at UCF. She has been the Principal Investigator, Co-PI, and/or coordinator of multiple USDOE/OSEP collaborative grants that prepare SLPs to provide services to ESL with communication disorders; and listening and spoken language in DHH children.
