Amy Hogue works for the Kenai Peninsula Borough School District in Soldotna, Alaska. She graduated from Utah State University and received her masters from the University of the Pacific. She is past president of the Alaska Speech-Language-Hearing Association and a member of ASHA's School Finance Committee.
