(POS21) Supervisor's Attitudes Toward and Perceptions of Supervisory Behaviors When Working with Speech-Language Pathology Assistants
The perceptions and attitudes of supervising SLPs are crucial in the development of the working relationship between SLPs and SLPAs. Results from a survey measuring perceptions regarding the effectiveness of supervisory behaviors, attitudes towards supervision, and barriers to effective supervision while working with SLPAs are discussed.
