Tiffany K. Street, DNP, ACNP-BC, joined the Vanderbilt Heart and Vascular Institute (VHVI) at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in 2015 as the Director of Advanced Practice then moved into ambulatory operations as the Director of the Ambulatory Practices and Ambulatory Advanced Practice. Currently, Tiffany is serving as the Associate Nursing Officer in ambulatory at VHVI.
Tiffany is a board-certified Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing in 2003 and Doctor of Nursing Practice in 2018, both from Vanderbilt University School of Nursing. Prior to joining the advanced practice leadership team at Vanderbilt, Tiffany was a Nurse Practitioner for the Department of Vascular Surgery at DeBakey Heart and Vascular Institute, The Methodist Hospital in Houston, Texas. She has 18 years of clinical practice experience in Cardiac and Vascular Surgery and continues to maintain her clinical practice at Vanderbilt in the specialty of Vascular Surgery. Tiffany has lectured nationally on a variety of topics related to cardiovascular medicine and surgery and integration of advanced practice providers into clinical practice as well as published many scholarly articles. Tiffany has held several professional leadership roles including President of the Society for Vascular Nursing, member of the Community Practice Committee for the Society of Vascular Surgery, member of committees in AANP and TNA, and a nursing expert in vascular medicine for the American College of Cardiology.
