I have graduated in medschool in 2003 and finished my Cardiovascular surgery training in 2009. Since 2013 I have been specializing in minimally invasive cardiac surgery, especially endoscopic cardiac surgery. After
more than 2.000 cases of MICS I decided to start training other surgeons in Brazil and founded a Post Graduate 1 year course encompassing the whole scope of MICS. I am as always very much involved with teaching of these new skill which I think is the future of cardiac surgery.
