Dr. Tower is Board Certified by the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons and is designated as a Fellow. She is a member of the American Society of Breast Surgeons, American Society of Clinical Oncology, Society of Surgical Oncology, and the Association of Women Surgeons. She has published several academic papers and book chapters on breast research and has made multiple presentations at national conferences.
Dr. Tower is specialized in the most innovative and advanced surgical techniques for the treatment of high risk, benign, and malignant breast diseases. She is a certified Hidden Scar™ specialist and has strong interests in minimally invasive breast surgery, oncoplastic surgery, as well as nipple and skin sparing mastectomy.
She earned her medical degree from ATSU – Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kirksville, Missouri and completed her Society of Surgical Oncology Breast Surgery Fellowship at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
