Mohammad Rahimi-Gorji is a PhD student at Ghent University. He is a member of Experimental Surgery Lab (Department of Human Structure and Repair, Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences), IBiTech– bioMMeda group ( Faculty of Engineering and Architecture) and Cancer Research Institute Gent (CRIG).
He is a Biomedical Engineer with specializing in experimental and computational Fluid analysis and is working on Cancer Research, IntraPritoneal Drug Delivery, Fluid Mechanics and applying computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulation in a wide range of medical-engineering applications. His current project is CFD simulation of Pressurized intraperitoneal aerosol chemotherapy (PIPAC).
