Brett L. Ecker MD is the chief fellow in surgical oncology at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. He completed his general surgery training at the University of Pennslyvania, where he graduated with the Keith Reemtsma Surgical Resident of the Year Award and the Jonathan E. Rhoads Research Award. Brett has authored 63 peer-reviewed manuscripts, including first-author publications in Cancer Discovery, Clinical Cancer Research, Annals of Surgery and JAMA Surgery. He is currently interviewing for academic positions in HPB and complex GI oncology.
