Andrea Abbott, MD MSCR is an Associate Professor of Surgery at the Medical University of South Carolina. She completed her general surgery residency at the University of Minnesota and a fellowship in Complex Surgical Oncology at Moffitt Cancer Center. Her current clinic practice includes the management of breast cancer, melanoma and advanced skin cancer, and sarcoma. She serves at the Medical Director for Quality at the Hollings Cancer Center and is head of the Breast Program. Research interests include shared decision making and clinical outcomes for breast cancer patients.
