Charles C. Vining is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Surgery, Division of Surgical Oncology at Milton S. Hershey Penn State Medical Center. He clinical responsibilities include surgery for liver, pancreas, foregut and cutaneous malignancies. He completed his general surgery residency at the University of Pennsylvania and fellowship in Complex General Surgical Oncology at the University of Chicago. His research interests inlcude the application of the robotic platform for complex HPB and foregut malignancies.
Charles is originally from Toronto, Ontario, Canada and attended McGill University where he completed a bachelors of science with a major in physiology and minor in pharmacology.
