Steven Shen is a graduate student studying in Dr. John Sampson's laboratory at Duke University. Steven joined the Pathology department at Duke University after finishing his Master's of Science at Brown University studying Biotechnology. In Dr. Sampson's lab, Steven's research focuses on developing next generation chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T cell therapies to directly address the issue of heterogeneity and treat glioblastoma.
