Dr. Kitagawa is a postdoctoral scholar at the department of Neurosurgery at Massachusetts General Hospital. Before MGH, Dr. Kitagawa was a clinical fellow in the Neurosurgery department at the University of Tokyo.
He has contributed to several publications in the glioma field, especially for fluorescent probes during surgery with a patent. After the starting of his postdoctoral scholarship, he is focusing on metabolic and DNA damage in IDH mutant glioma at Dr. Cahill’s lab.
