Dr. Julie Miller is an Assistant Professor in Neurology at Harvard Medical School and a Neuro-Oncologist at the Pappas Center for Neuro-Oncology at the Massachusetts General Hospital. She received an undergraduate degree in biological engineering from Cornell University and a combined MD and PhD in Chemical and Systems Biology from Stanford University School of Medicine, where her research focused on cancer biology. She then completed Neurology residency at Massachusetts General Hospital and Brigham and Women’s Hospital through the Partners Neurology program as well as clinical fellowship in Neuro-Oncology at the Massachusetts General Hospital and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. She is actively involved in translational research, with a focus on understanding IDH-mutant glioma biology to develop novel treatment strategies for this class of glioma.
