Ghaidaa Ebrahim is a 3rd year undergraduate student at the University of Florida pursuing a B.S. in Biology. Ghaidaa currently works in the Brain Tumor Immunotherapy Program under the mentorship of her principle investigator, Dr. Maryam Rahman. Her current research projects include investigating the effects of novel immunoligical theraptuics on brain tumors (specifically glioblastoma multiforme) and examining the clinical outcomes of patients who have taken ketorolac post craniotomy or tumor resection. Ghaidaa is a part of the Undergraduate Research Scholars Program (URSP) and the UF Honors program. She hopes to pursue an MD/PhD and continue her research in the field of neuroscience.
