I am Honorary Lecturer and Glioblastoma (GBM) Subgroup Leader in the RCSI Precision Cancer Medicine Group, (https://www.precisioncancermedicinegroup.com/team-members-copy-copy) in the Department of Physiology and Medical Physics (Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI), Dublin Ireland). I specialise in the study of difficult-to-treat malignancies with unmet clinical needs. I have significant expertise in advanced preclinical models of GBM, interrogation of tumour microenvironment contexts of vulnerability and investigation of mechanisms of response to immunotherapy. This research is underpinned by state of the art in vivo models and multi-modality molecular imaging techniques. My current research is focused on the development of Contrast enhanced CT protocols and novel pre-clinical radiomic pipelines for the monitoring and interrogation of invasive orthotopic glioblastoma models
