My name is Rebecca Rosberg, I am a PhD student in Brain Tumor Biology at Lund University in Sweden. I study cell-cell and cell-matrix communication to understand the tumor microenvironment in glioblastoma, with a special focus on hypoxic and stemness niches. Our approach is to use in vivo tumor models to perform multiplex imaging of tumors from irradiated and treatment-naive mice to understand radiotherapy resistance mechanisms and tumor repopulation.
