Zhichao's research interest is mainly focused on brain tumor data science/big data of multi-omics including single-cell omics. Zhichao is currently working on DNA methylation for brain tumor diagnosis, spatial transcriptomic intra-tumor heterogeneity of gliomas, exploring science based on RNA-sequencing, single-cell multi-omics and spatial genomics.
