I am Rohit Rao, a MD/PhD student who is currently working in the lab of Dr. Richard Lu. I went to University of Pittsburgh and studied Bioengineering. Afterward, I joined the Medical Scientist Training Program at the University of Cincinnati. For my PhD, I worked in Dr. Richard Lu's lab studying the role of the microenvironment in malignant brain tumors. My research interests include malignant nervous system tumors, tumor immunology and the tumor microenvironment.
